The Decorations and Set-up

The Baby Baier Bash was hosted at our Uncle Duane and Aunt Tammy's house. We nearly exceeded the amount of people that could comfortably fit at the tables in the garage, which was 30 people.
Since the gender would not be revealed until the party, the theme was animals to keep it neutral. We had a basket raffle, thank you gifts, and games. We had a diaper raffle, guess the size of mommy's belly, guess when baby will be born, guess the gender, in addition to numerous games at the tables for guests to do when they arrived.
The Fun and Games
Seeing how happy Madeline and David were throughout the Baby Baier Bash shows that we succeeded in planning a successful baby shower and gender reveal.

The guests enjoyed the games and prizes, especially the baskets that three lucky winners took home.

Evaluation
Being responsible for not just a majority of the planning and execution of the Baby Baier Bash, but the social media aspect as well, allowed me to practice my skills and test what I am truly capable of.

One of the biggest challenges was trying to make sure we thought of every last detail, down to the pens people would need for the games. To consider food allergies when planning the menu while balancing it with plenty of options. Considering the items to be included in each gift basket so any guest would be happy with the contents.

Although stressful, which event planning and social media management can be at times, it was so much fun to plan this baby shower and gender reveal. The best part was seeing months of planning culminate with a beautiful celebration with family and friends.
