My first international travel experience did not happen until I was in my last year of undergrad. I was able to go to Costa Rica, and although it was my first time flying and I was terrified, it was a trip I will never forget. Seeing my spirit animal, a sloth, up close and in person was surreal. Pura Vida!
In college, one place I had the privilege of traveling to was New York City. It is a place I will always want to visit again. In the city that never sleeps, the night life was always bustling. The views from the Empire State building, breathtaking.
Some of my travels have taken me to Washington, D.C., in which I have been able to photograph the blooming cherry blossoms and the beautiful city landscape.

LANDSCAPE
There is beauty around every corner in nature. Whether it's the flowers by our feet or the budding tree branches creating a canopy above our head, we should all take in the world around us.

SNAPSHOT
It is important to take time to enjoy the world around us. In my life, that means capturing my sisters surrounded by nature. Record the moments of new lives and the transformation into motherhood. Photograph fiery flashes at a concert.
